Hotel Royal Heritage staff are polite but the room is not well maintained, Cleanliness wise, could not sleep because of bedbugs bites, bathroom ventilator is broken, mosquitoes visit frequently and disturb whole night..

Very Co-operative , they allowed early checking . Breakfast was very good ; Rather excellent . Everyone was very polite. Checkout was also very smooth

The staffs are inefficient. They don’t have any communication in between them. The rooms are shaby with no proper lighting

It was a good stay, the staff took a long time to come and deliver the orders. The hotel needs renovation and the towel was not clean so i informed to change but gave one towel only. Overall it was a good but need to groom the staffs
